Building & Zoning – Commercial

• Construction & Additions: $3.00 per sq. ft. (minimum $1,500.00)

• Interior Alterations: $3.00 per sq. ft. (minimum $600.00)

• Plumbing & Heating: $200.00 per fixture

• Fire & Storm Damage: $1.75 per sq. ft. (minimum $600.00)

• Demolition: $1,000.00

• Certificate of Occupancy (C/O or C/C): $250.00

• Permit Renewal: 100% of permit fee annually
